What we are often asked.
Do you place, or does Christian hire directly?
Christian does not hire employees, we place from a network of independent QA professionals. The contract relationship sits between you and the placed person or their company.
What kind of qualification check is in place?
Admission to the network is based on references, professional conversations and project examples. Before a placement Christian checks project fit, availability and role match, and typically presents one or two candidates to you.
How does the placement work?
A first call to clarify need, role profile and project context. Within a few days you receive candidate proposals with a short profile and rationale. You arrange the get-to-know calls directly with the candidates.
What about responsibility and warranty?
The placed people or companies carry the contractual responsibility towards you. QCT places and assembles to the best of our knowledge, but is not liable for their service delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Agile or classic, which fits us?
Both. We also pick candidates by their preferred way of working. Someone who has been in Scrum for years struggles in a pure V-model environment, and the other way around. That is part of the fit assessment.
