Anchoring AI governance in the team.

Four interlocking training modules that together carry AI governance inside the company. They cover the compliance mandate, the leadership level, the statutory AI literacy under Art. 4 EU AI Act, and the annual employee briefing. Booked as a bundle the price drops, and materials stay consistent across all modules.

Why these trainings

Four reasons to bring governance into the wider team.

01

Role-appropriate formats

Leadership, employees and AI officers each get content tailored to their role and responsibility.

02

Practical policies

Your own governance drafts get worked through and discussed in the workshop. Transfer back into the company is built in.

03

Compliance-ready

Participation is documented, content is aligned with EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Defendable for audits.

04

Annual refresher

Employee briefings stay current and can be anchored as an annual refresher in onboarding.

Four building blocks

Governance at every level of the company.

Programme 01

  • Spot risks early and escalate them
  • Stick to reporting paths and live them visibly in the team
  • Convey AI boundaries clearly and consistently
Programme 03

AI literacy under Art. 4 EU AI Act

Mandatory AI literacy training for everyone with AI exposure. Fulfils the requirement under EU AI Act Article 4. Participation is documented in an audit-ready way.

  • Audit-ready participation record as compliance evidence
Programme 04

Employee briefing

  • Understand operational responsibility and role boundaries
  • Apply security-relevant rules to your own work
  • Know reporting duties and escalation paths
Connection to consulting

The trainings work on a governance foundation.

These trainings build on a defined AI governance. The journey usually starts in the AI compliance consulting package, which sets up roles, policies and a risk register in a structured way. If your AIMS is already running, we pick it up and train using your materials, augmented with adjustments from new best practices or legal updates.

Questions

What we are often asked.

Do the four building blocks need to run in a specific order?

The sequence usually starts with programme 01: AI officers are trained and take on the compliance mandate inside the company. Once that role is staffed, the leadership workshop follows, so management carries the governance through everyday work. Programme 03 then delivers the statutory AI literacy under Art. 4 to everyone with AI exposure. The annual employee briefing in programme 04 keeps the knowledge current and adds company-specific do's and don'ts. Once the AI officers are trained, they can run programmes 02 to 04 internally. We can also continue to deliver them on commission for the long term.

Is a single employee briefing enough?

No. For compliance and risk hygiene we recommend annual refreshers, and the briefing as part of onboarding for new hires. Content is updated to the current regulatory state.

The trained AI officers from programme 01 take on this role inside the company. They keep an eye on regulatory changes and run programmes 03 and 04 internally. If the mandate stays external, we deliver the recurring trainings for the long term.

Is the content tailored to our company?

Yes. The trainings build on your company's defined governance (see consulting package AI compliance). Policies, examples and do's and don'ts come from your own material.

Who qualifies as an AI officer?

Typically employees from compliance, IT security, data protection or quality with the relevant experience and mandate. We clarify requirements and role profile up front.

How does this relate to the governance consulting?

The consulting offer builds governance structurally (phase 1). These trainings anchor it in everyday work (phase 2). The chain only works as a whole.

Governance that holds in daily work.

Four modules that hold each other up. Participation documented, content tied to EU AI Act Art. 4 and ISO 42001.
