Our education offering is organised in three needs. AI compliance builds on itself company-specifically; individual AI upskilling is usable independently; classical methodology in test and project comes as a group course or in one-to-one form.
How do we get personally AI-fit?
Universal AI competence for individuals, independent of any company-specific AIMS rollout. From the AI Professional curriculum with LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering to hands-on workshops on AI tools and test methodology.
Workshop: AI fundamentals
Four-hour workshop for everyone working with AI in a structured way for the first time. You get to know the most important models and tools, practise prompts and role briefings, and leave with a clear view on use cases and risks in your daily work.

AI Professional training
Eight days in which you build up AI technology, use-case prioritisation, tool selection, strategy methodology, EU AI Act, governance and ethics to the point where you can take on the driving manager role in your company. Small group, plenty of hands-on, with QCT participant certificate at the end.

Workshop: evaluating AI
Two-day workshop with a concrete procedure model for test leads who have to evaluate AI-assisted features or full AI systems. Together we set up a local AI environment, build a small demo application with an integrated AI assistant using Claude Code, and run through the test categories functional, guardrails, adversarial and localisation on it. Prerequisite: a solid understanding of AI, development environments and test methodology (more on this in the FAQ).
→How do we build AI compliance?
AI compliance is one connected system of advisory and training. The advisory grounds the AIMS; the training anchors it in leadership, the officer role, and the workforce. Whoever builds the chain end-to-end gets a working system. Whoever starts piecewise typically begins with the mandatory training.

Standalone mandatory record for all employees with AI exposure. Runs in parallel to the AIMS rollout, repeats annually.
AI Governance Training as the umbrella module
The bundle combines the three company-specific Phase-2 modules into a single booking process. Joint briefing, consistent materials, content interlocked. Individual modules on request once the governance frame is in place.

Once the AIMS advisory package is in place, this qualification trains the designated person durably.

Test management training
Methodical group training in two levels: foundations for test and QA leads growing into the role, and an expert deep dive for experienced test managers. No multiple-choice optics, hands-on with real examples from your setup.

Methodical group training in two levels for IT-near project leads, PMO roles and PM career changers from migration, transformation or test environments. Foundations for the build-up, expert deep dive for complex multi-team setups.

Mentoring & coaching
Personal, modular 1:1 support for test and project managers. Focus areas: stakeholders and reporting, risk and problem solving, communication and facilitation, leadership and delegation, negotiation. Practice-driven with realistic project scenarios and weekly transfer.
