General notes on data processing
We process personal data to provide this website, to communicate with visitors and to handle business enquiries. Legal bases are Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests, in particular secure and functional provision of the website as well as spam and abuse prevention) and — where required — Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Hosting (netcup) and server log files
Hosting
We host this website with netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe (data centres in Nuremberg/DE and Vienna/AT, connected to the Anexia Backbone Europe). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with netcup. Processing takes place within the EU or EEA.
Server log files
When pages are accessed, the server automatically processes access data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, user agent and status code. The purpose is the technical provision, security and error analysis (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Deletion takes place after a short technical retention period.
Consent management (Real Cookie Banner)
To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons and comparable) and the related consents, we use the consent tool "Real Cookie Banner". Details on its functioning are available at https://devowl.io/rcb/data-processing/.
Legal bases for the processing of personal data are Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used as well as the related consents. The provision of data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. Without this provision, however, we cannot manage your consents.
Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies (e.g. for session and security). Details on usage are available in the Cookie Policy. Optional cookies (e.g. for statistics or marketing) are only set after your consent via the consent banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time in the banner. WordPress-typical convenience cookies (e.g. for editing and login) are only set for registered users.
Contact forms (Contact Form 7)
When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, company, message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form data is transmitted to us by email; no separate form database is used. We delete data once the purpose ceases and no retention obligations apply.
Spam protection (WP Armour)
To protect against spam and automated input, we use WP Armour (honeypot method). Technical check data is processed to identify bots. No profiling takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (security and integrity of the website). No transfer to third countries by this plugin is intended.
Web analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — integrated via Google Site Kit. Use only takes place after your consent via the consent banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). Google uses cookies and similar technologies to capture page views, interactions and technical data. IP anonymisation is enabled. Transfers to Google LLC (USA) may occur, secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time in the consent banner. Storage duration and other settings correspond to the retention configured in Google Analytics.
Embedded third-party content
Posts may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, maps, code snippets). These behave as if you were visiting the third-party site and may process data and set cookies. Embedding takes place — where possible — only after your consent via the consent banner.
Comments and media
Comment functionality and media uploads are not enabled. No corresponding user data is processed.
Recipients, processors and third countries
Recipients of personal data are — where necessary — our service providers in the context of order processing (e.g. for hosting, email, maintenance). Contracts pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with them. Transfer to third countries only takes place if an adequate level of protection exists or appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
Storage period
We store personal data only as long as the purpose requires it or statutory obligations exist. Server log data is retained briefly. Form data is deleted after the enquiry has been handled, unless retention obligations preclude this. Settings and events from the consent banner may be stored in accordance with statutory documentation obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consents at any time with effect for the future. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Competent supervisory authority

Security
We protect data through technical and organisational measures (e.g. TLS encryption, system and access protection, currency management).
